The Office of the Fire Marshal’s guidelines are intended to assist owners and managers of recycling facilities and waste handling operations to develop and implement effective Fire Safety Plans for their businesses. The guide also provides guidance for owners on how to comply with the various aspects of the Ontario Fire Code that apply to their property.
