This page states the terms and conditions under which you may use this site, which is the property of Automotive Recyclers Association of Atlantic Canada. (“ARAAC”). Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Any legal action against ARAAC shall take place in the courts of the Atlantic Provinces. The parties attorn to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Atlantic Provinces.
